The science of the seasonal beverage

Pumpkin spice lattes are now on the menu at the Starbucks in Freeport, ME. Are they being served everywhere in the country as of 9/1, or are they rolled out first to parts of the country that will likely be chilliest?

I’m curious as to the answer.

Well it definitely isn’t chilly here in SoCal and they were available to I’m guessing it is the first of September.
